With a Bachelor's Degree in Behavioral Analysis and a Masters in Education, Janeen Kelley has spent her career both observing modes of communication and educating others about how to improve themselves by cultivating a more respectful and professional demeanor.
As a high school English teacher at the nationally recognized Pine View School for the Gifted, Janeen specialized in providing students with complex communication strategies and used literature and a nuanced use of language as a vehicle to guide them toward winning at the ‘game’ of life.
Under the tutelage of Daniel Post, great grandson of Emily Post, Janeen studied dining etiquette and social graces to refine her understanding of modern etiquette.
Janeen’s passion for all things behavioral eventually led her to Patrick King, renowned charisma coach, where she studied the ‘Science of Likability’ to garner a better understanding of how to cultivate ones' sense of charm.
Most recently, Janeen has attended the Charleston School of Protocol and Etiquette. Studying under global award winning etiquette expert, Cynthia Grosso, she has obtained her Professional Children's Etiquette Certification.
Janeen has seen the value of teaching others to communicate more effectively through their words and actions and believes the cultivation of oneself allows for the greatest opportunity to become the version of yourself that actualizes the change we want to see in our homes, places of work, and communities.
When she’s not teaching clients the finer points of manners and decorum, you’ll likely find her in the garden, watercolor painting or planning a gathering of some sort! Janeen enjoys traveling with her family, adventuring around Raleigh and surprising friends and family with tokens of her love and affection.
